She has worked extensively on new business plans, project implementation, monitoring and coordinating across stakeholders, including finance, marketing and development, across geographies, including India, Australia, UK and the US. In the last few years, Urvija has been in a leadership role for transformation of specific strategic initiatives in development and luxury space.

Projects have included both physical and technological transformation, with a focus on creating products in line with the dynamic changing sector specific landscape. She has a business degree from Indian School of Business, Hyderabad and Masters in Urban Planning from School of Planning and Architecture, New Delhi. Urvija also co-founded ArtKyk, a platform to promote art appreciation and investment.
